We are the only online retailer of Swegways in the UK to have a physical store. You can pay us a visit to clear up any queries, ask questions you may have or go for a demo. In-store riding lessons also ensure that you go away equipped with the basics and knowledge of all safety aspects.
Battery & Charger Safety
In cheap models of Swegways, issues have arisen when leaving them to charge for long periods of time. However, this is an issue easily avoided by the use of premium branded battery cells and cut off- switches.
All of UKSwegway.com’s models are fitted with premium LG or Samsung batteries and the danger of overheating or overcharging is eliminated through cut-off switches and communication between the battery and the charger.
Our products are of the highest quality but just in case anything does go wrong, we offer a one year warranty on all of our Swegways. We are that confident, that we will soon be launching a three year warranty option.
We have trained repair centres throughout the UK which are there to put anything right when something does go wrong. Sending your Swegway in for repair won’t mean waiting weeks to find a fix either. All parts are stocked in our repair centres, so when damage does occur, repairs can be turned around in 48 hours.
